Our fixed-price decorating package gives you professional results and peace of mind.

Our boutique-style approach begins with finding your unique look and leaves you with a plan you can implement yourself. If you prefer, we can also help you complete your space with our concierge service.

Prix Fixe Room Design may include:

  • On-site measuring review where we will discuss your unique requirements
  • Furniture floor plan layout including allocations for existing furniture and new furniture recommendations
  • Paint colour selection
  • Accessory selections (eg. artwork, area rugs, lighting, etc)
  • Window treatment selections (optional)
  • A design worksheet with information on retailers for recommended pieces, a colour schedule and plan with instructions for pulling it all together
  • Access to designer discounts on select products

We will design living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, great rooms, master bedrooms, bedrooms, home offices and foyers. (Kitchen and bath packages available by request.)

  • Whole house renovation

    I have worked with Tracy Wharton over the last several months as she is assisting me with a whole house renovation. I find Tracy very easy to work with, she has some good industry contacts and takes the time to understand her client's needs rather than a "cookie cutter" approach to decorating.

    Working with color is probably one of Tracy's strongest attributes and she really studies not only the color in question but also how it will holistically meld with the rest of the environment. This is particularly important to me as I am colour blind! It is easy to have reservations about a particular color selected but once it is combined with the rest of the palette it creates an amazing outcome. I would have no hesitation to recommend Tracy for commercial or residential design projects.

    My experience working with Tracy on a recent home updating project was excellent throughout the process, and culminated with a fabulous finished product that I was extremely pleased with.
