Fixed-price room design may include:

• On-site measuring review where we will discuss your unique requirements
• Furniture floor plan layout including allocations for existing furniture and new furniture recommendations
• Paint colour selection
• Accessory selections (eg. artwork, area rugs, lighting, etc.)
• Window treatment selections (optional)
• A design worksheet with information on retailers for recommended prices, a colour schedule and plan with instructions for putting it all together
• Access to designer discounts on select products (paint and furniture from specific retailers)

We will design living rooms, dining rooms, family rooms, great rooms, master bedrooms, bedrooms, home offices and foyers. Kitchen and bath packages are available by request.

This is a custom service at a fixed price - budgeting for your dream room will be a breeze! Discounts may apply for additional rooms.

If things aren't feeling quite right with your current decor, we can help you customize and accessorize your space so it perfectly fits your need for aethetics and functionality.

We will use your personal items and can augment with personal shopping if required.
